The Final Station is a game created by two indie developers, Oleg Sergeev and Andrey Rumak under the studio name of Do My Best Games. Published by Tiny Build this stunningly crafted experience encapsulates everything that is to be expected from an unforgiving survival game and captures beautifully the tension, uncertainty and underlying horror of a mysterious apocalyptic world.
DIE-Title.jpg

Drift Into Eternity is a new title from Indie developer We Are Bots and has been out of Early Access for about 2 months now. You find yourself on a deserted spaceship far out in the abyss with no hope of rescue. Death is inevitable and the aim is to simply survive as long as possible via eating, drinking, repairing injuries and curing diseases and ailments. Another objective is to try and maintain the ship you find yourself in while things break and fail around you. It is a lonely and arduous experience with no promise of gratification. Certainly not for the feeble hearted.

This early access effort from Signal Studios currently holds potential and like many early access products, lacks content. There’s plenty to hope for with the continued development of Savage Lands and the current state of the game offers some exploration and a fairly well fleshed out world with regards to lore for the player to take part in. The current content within the world is limited and offers chunks of game time for those interested in following the development. For those who want to sink hours of time into a survival game however, definitely wait for Savage Lands to move further along in it’s development as the content is currently bare bones.
